Fredonia man named vice chair of AAA

2017 brings new leadership to AAA Western and Central New York. Kimberly A. Boynton, CEO of Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, was named board chair of the AAA WCNY Board of Directors. Louis P. DiPalma, of Lakeshore Savings Bank who lives in Fredonia, was named vice chair. Michael S. Karnes, of Monroe Community College Public Safety, was named secretary. Laura Saxby Lynch, of Paychex, was named treasurer.

AAA WCNY is also pleased to welcome two new members to the AAA WCNY Board of Directors, M. Julieta Ross and Mark N. Wladis, as they join other esteemed members of the Western and Central New York community in guiding the organization.

M. Julieta Ross is the senior vice president and chief technology officer at M&T Bank. She manages the M&T Technology Organization, which includes enterprise-wide information technology, applications development, architecture, engineering and technology operations.

Mark N. Wladis is a Syracuse attorney and founder of Wladis Law Firm, which specializes in business law and government relations. He is responsible for all operations of the law firm, including corporate counsel for clients and more.

While the Board of Directors welcomes two new members, AAA WCNY also thanks its outgoing board members for their dedication and contributions over the years: R. Carlos Carballada, 13 years; Mary S. Martino, 21 years; and Mary-Pat Donaldson Northrup, 15 years.
