Feliz Navidad at relief center
Dunkirk’s Puerto Rican Relief office in the Stearns building was decorated with cards for Christmas recently. Volunteer Jen Delgado recently spoke at the Common Council meeting to thank the many volunteers who have helped those fleeing the devastation in Puerto Rico, including two translators from the Hispanic Heritage Council.
