STOCKTON -- Monday at around 4:45 a.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Route 380 and Beech Hill Road in the Town of Stockton for a personal injury accident.
Deputies said upon investigation it was determined that a vehicle operated by Nicole Olsen failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a tractor trailer. Olsen was transported to Brooks hospital for minor injuries. No other party was injured in the accident.
Olsen was issued a traffic ticket for failure to stop at a stop sign. She is set to appear in the Town of Stockton Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
