Sinclairville man charged with DWI after accident

GERRY -- A Sinclairville man is facing driving while intoxicated charges after an accident Sunday.

Deputies responded to a single vehicle accident before 1 a.m. on Terry Road in the town. An investigation found that Christopher L. Bruyer, 33, was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state at the time of the accident and he was taken into custody.

Bruyer was processed and released with traffic tickets. He will answer to the charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher, and move from lane unsafely in the town of Gerry court.
