According to the South Ripley Volunteer Fire Department Explorer’s Facebook page, South Ripley was dispatched at 6:30 p.m. to the corner of NE Sherman and South Ripley roads for a reported truck fire. Crews made a quick stop and were back in service shortly before 8 p.m. The Ripley Fire Department also assisted at the scene.
