John Tenamore, 44, of Dunkirk, was sentenced Monday in Chautauqua County Court by Judge David W. Foley to an indeterminate state prison sentence of 3-6 years after being convicted of third-degree burglary. Tenamore was arraigned in March 2024 on charges of second-degree burglary for an incident that occurred in May 2021 in the town of Pomfret. On Sept. 5, 2024 Tenamore pleaded guilty to the lesser burglary charge. The District Attorney would like to thank the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation for their hard work on this case.
