Darrin J. Stevens

Darrin J. Stevens, 55, of Dunkirk passed away Tuesday evening, Jan. 2, 2024 at home following a battle with cancer. Born in Dunkirk on March 28, 1968, the son of Mary Drozdiel and the late Earl J. Stevens Sr.. Darrin worked at Mom and Pops in Cassadaga for many years. Outside of work, he always loved spending time with family and friends. Darrin had a profound love for nature and enjoyed taking long walks whenever he had the chance and could always be found enjoying a cup of coffee. Darrin is predeceased by his father Earl J. GOWANDA — Michael L. Sladich, 67, of Gowanda, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at the Gowanda Nursing Home. He was born on September 4, 1956 in Gowanda, son of the late Louis and Anna (Voncina) Sladich. For many years, Mike worked at the Gowanda Psychiatric Center as a cleaner. He was a member of St. Joseph’s RC Church and a frequent supporter of the Gowanda Historical Society, as well as the bowling leagues at K&L Lanes in Gowanda for many years.
