The bride- elect is the daughter of Michael and Elizabeth “Libbie” Mullen of Fredonia. She is a 2000 graduate of Fredonia Central School. She is employed by Big Rick’s One Stop in Dunkirk.

The prospective groom is the son of Charles and Judi Perry of Dunkirk. He attended Dunkirk Senior High School and is employed at Ehrheart Collision of Dunkirk.

A July 7, 2017 wedding is planned.
