The bride to be is the daughter of Donald P. Waters of Depew and Dawn M. (Wise) Pawlak of Fredonia. She is a graduate of Fredonia High School Class of 2007 and is employed with Nestle Purina PetCare.

The prospective groom is the son of Robert J. Halas Sr. of Dunkirk and Sharon E. (Gehling) Halas of Fredonia. He attended the LoGuidice Educational Center — Class of 2002 and is employed through Bright’s Systems, Inc.

Their wedding is planned for Aug. 25, 2018.
