Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Sidebottom

Kristen Masood and Daniel Sidebottom were united in marriage on Aug. 4, 2017 at The Barns at Wesleyan Hills in Middletown, Connecticut. The ceremony was officiated by Zita Christian. The bride is the daughter of James and Ann Masood of Fredonia. The groom is the son of Kay Sidebottom and Stephen and Deb Sidebottom of Rotherham, England.

Escorted by her father, the bride looked stunning in an ivory sweetheart lace Watters gown with chandelier earrings and a crystal bracelet. The bride carried a bouquet of ivory flowers.

Deborah Reyes was maid of honor and Kristin (Deas) Krout was matron of honor. The girls wore beautiful lace and chiffon navy gowns. Bridesmaids were Nicole (Hannum) Pederson, Megan (Piazza) Kristan, and Danielle Bednarz, all friends of the bride. The bridesmaids carried coral bouquets.

Nathan Thompson served as best man, while Ben Sidebottom, brother of the groom, Tom Brennen and Iain Brown were groomsmen. Nephews of the groom, Luke Sidebottom and Elliot Samuels were both ring bearers. The groom wore a navy suit and groomsmen wore light grey suits with navy ties.

The bride is a graduate of Fredonia High School, Niagara University, and the University of Saint Joseph. She is employed by CVS Pharmacy as a pharmacist in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The groom is a graduate of the University of Lincoln in Lincoln, UK with a degree in sports and exercise science. He is employed by New England Revolution and works for Glastonbury Hartford Soccer Club as a director of coaching.

The happy couple honeymooned around the Hawaiian Islands following their wedding and resides in Glastonbury.
