Judy Lockett and Craig Harvey, together with their families, announce their recent engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Rosemary and Thaddeus Lockett of Dunkirk.

Ms. Lockett is a graduate of Dunkirk High School. She is employed by the Dunkirk City School District where she serves as the Administrative Assistant in the Counseling Office at Dunkirk Middle School.

The prospective groom is the son of William and Nancy Harvey of Jamestown. He is a graduate of Jamestown High School and earned his Associate’s degree from Jamestown Community College. He is currently employed as the news editor of the Dunkirk OBSERVER.
