Sarah Strattan and Dr. Jim Grazio of Edinboro, Pennsylvania, together with their families, announce their engagement. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bonnie and the late Gordon Strattan of Westfield. In 2012, she earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Daemen College. She is currently employed as an RN Manager with AristaCare.

The prospective groom is the son of the late Kathleen and Joseph Grazio of Hazelton, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Edinboro University, obtaining a master’s degree in biology and also clinical psychology. Pennsylvania State University was where he earned his PhD in wildlife and fishery science. He is currently employed as the Chief Great Lakes Biologist for the state of Pennsylvania and is also an adjunct biology professor at Penn State Behrend.

A weekend celebration is planned to be held at The Wilderness Lodge in Wattsburg on July 28.
