The parents of Celena M. Velazquez and Derek J. Lorenzo, both formerly of Fredonia, are pleased to announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Luis A. Velazquez and Anna M. Velazquez of Fredonia. She is a business operations manager in the Tampa Bay area.

The prospective groom is the son of Gregory V. Lorenzo of St. Louis, Missouri. and Tracie M. Lorenzo of Mayville and Grand Island, New York. He is an insurance agent in the Tampa Bay area.

The couple currently resides in Tampa, Florida.

The wedding will take place on Saturday, June 16 at Statler City in Buffalo.
