Gracelyn Camarata

The Cassadaga Legion Auxiliary Unit 1280 is proud to announce it will be sending Gracelyn Camarata as its representative for the 2018 Empire Girls State. Gracelyn is a junior at Falconer High School, and is president of her class. She has been on the honor roll since her freshman year, and is a member of the Falconer Honor Society, Key Club, Envirothon, Math Club, plays varsity volleyball and basketball, and has also been on the track team. In addition to sports, in her spare time she enjoys participating in the school’s extracurricular activities, volunteering, reading, cooking, traveling, working to make the environment better for everyone and spending time with her family and friends,

Her college interests are in math and science; and as she grows older she has hopes to travel the world. Gracelyn is the daughter of Steve Camarata and Melissa Mueller.

Empire Girl’s State is a program of the American Legion Auxiliary. High school juniors from across the state will be attending SUNY Brockport for a week in June to learn of our state’s government and how it works.
