Former Fredonia residents Bill and Judy (Barnes) Parks recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. Married at St Hyacinth’s church in Dunkirk on July 4,1963, they have three children, seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. They live in Hershey, Pa.
