Joseph and Elizabeth (Pattie) Meyer celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Dec. 10, 2023, with a dinner at the Colony House, in Irving.

The couple’s two sons, Jared (Amy) Meyer and Matthew (Ali) Meyer joined the couple, along with their five grandchildren, Elizabeth, Joseph, Alyssa, Anastasia, and Eleanor. The couple celebrated their marriage at the same restaurant 40 years ago with their witnesses Charles and Janet Dietzen.
