Mike and Louise Callahan celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Aug. 9. The couple were married in the Newman Center by the now Monsignor Patrick Kelleher on Aug. 9, 1985.

She is the daughter of the late Samuel and Annette Leone. He is the son of the late John and Esther Callahan. Mike has been the owner/operator of Lake Erie Roof & Siding Co. for almost 40 years.

Louise once had the distinction of achieving the number one NTA, Nutrition Teaching Assistant, in the state of New York and is happily retired from Cornell Cooperative Extension. They reside on Route 60 in Fredonia.
