Rosie Billquist Trail Dedication, noon, Trailhead on Franklin Street, just behind the Ox & Rooster restaurant, Sherman. Trail. Rosie was a notoriously kind and beautiful woman who was an avid runner, cyclist, and seeker of joy and adventure. Rosie’s life was tragically cut short in 2017 after a hunting accident. Dedication hosted by the Village of Sherman and Chautauqua Rails to Trails.
