Harvest Chapel Church, 39 Matteson St., Fredonia, 9 to 11:30 a.m. Includes a pancake breakfast and allows kids to experience the story of Christmas through a series of stations – games and crafts. Audubon Community Nature Center Little Explorers: “Under the Snow,” program for children 3 to 8 with an adult

Fredonia Farmers Market

The Fredonia Farmers’ Market is held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday November through mid-May at the Masonic Lodge, 321 E. Main St., Fredonia. It features a variety of vendors, with special events TBA.

South Dayton Hometown Christmas

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., pick up a Hometown Christmas Tour ticket at participating businesses, have it stamped and visit all listed locations for a free prize or treat or craft. South Dayton American Legion will hold a craft show from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and a chicken and biscuits dinner for $10 until sold out. Village library brown bag book sale. Bring a non-perishable food item for the SD Food Pantry and receive a free book and bookmark. Make a free pinecone reindeer ornament. Hot chocolate fund-raiser at the playground. Santa and Mrs. Claus will visit at the Depot with a gift for children from noon to 2 p.m.

Holidays at the Lodge at RTPI

Lakeshore Humane Society Saturday open adoption hours

The Lakeshore Humane Society, 431 E. Chestnut St., Dunkirk, will hold open adoption hours from noon to 3 p.m. The public is welcome to see the dogs and cats in need of loving homes. Tours of the facility will not be given. Individual appointments are available throughout the week by leaving a message at 716 672-1991; press “1” for dogs or “2” for cats.
