Sixth and Lark streets, Dunkirk, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Walk through cookie lane to choose from a huge assortment of homemade cookies, or place an order at 716 366-8421 to place an order for local delivery. Leave name and phone number. Cut-outs and assortment $12 per pound; Italian fig cookies $18 per pound; baklava $18 per pound.

Fredonia Farmers Market

The Fredonia Farmers’ Market is held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday November through mid-May at the Masonic Lodge, 321 E. Main St., Fredonia. It features a variety of vendors, with special events TBA.

St. Rose Society cookie sale

Pick-up at St. Rose of Lima Church Hall, 11 Center St., Forestville, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. A tray of approximately 50 cookies is $25 and a separate tray of Italian fig cookies is $16 per pound. Fredonia Food Pantry

The Fredonia Food Pantry, Fredonia Presbyterian Church, 219 Central Ave., will be open from 10 a.m, to noon. The pantry serves the needs of Fredonia area code 14063, Pomfret, Sheridan and Laona. All guests receive one or more bags of non-perishable food. Number of bags given out depends on family size.

Holidays at the Lodge at RTPI

Roger Tory Institute, 311 Curtis St., Jamestown, 10 a.m. $5 per person. Bird ornament decorating, visit with Santa, four area choirs singing holiday songs, hot chocolate and cider. Includes admission to the entire museum.

Lakeshore Humane Society Saturday open adoption hours

The Lakeshore Humane Society, 431 E. Chestnut St., Dunkirk, will hold open adoption hours from noon to 3 p.m. The public is welcome to see the dogs and cats in need of loving homes.
