Lakeshore Humane Society “Souper Bowl Saturday”

The Lakeshore Humane Society, 431 E. Chestnut St., Dunkirk, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. A variety of homemade soups will be available for purchase. (Vegetarian options will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.) For $20, have your soup and take home a beautiful soup bowl (with the LHS logo) hand-crafted by local artisan Lisa Eppolito. There will also be bread, beverage, and dessert. Lunch without the artisanal bowl is available for $15. Support LHS’s efforts to help dogs and cats in need of caring homes. Check out the “Cat’s Meow” Boutique, for pet-related items. LHS is collecting refundable bottles and cans in a collection bin in the lobby of the Adoption Center.
