Lakeshore Humane Society Saturday open adoption hours

The Lakeshore Humane Society, 431 E. Chestnut St., Dunkirk, will hold open adoption hours from noon to 3 p.m. The public is welcome to see the dogs and cats in need of loving homes. Coldest Night of the Year Fundraiser

YWCA Jamestown, 401 N. Main St., Jamestown, check in at 4 p.m., 5 p.m. walk begins, 6 p.m. light meal served, 7 p.m. event ends. 2km or 5km routes. All participants must register online. This friendly walk is in support of local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger and homelessness.
