Chicken barbecue set for Sunday

Northern Chautauqua Catholic School will hold a drive-through chicken barbecue from noon until sold out on Sunday. The event will be at Holy Trinity Church, 1032 Central Ave., Dunkirk. Dinners are $15 each with all proceeds to benefit NCCS.

Finance offices closed part of Monday

MAYVILLE — All offices of the Chautauqua County Department of Finance will be closed for a Department Meeting from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Monday.

This closure includes Treasury, Real Property Tax, Budget, Insurance, and Payroll divisions located in the Gerace Office Building.

Any member of the public wishing to make transactions related to taxes, sewer payments, bail bonds, public administration of estates, or certificates of residency are asked to visit the office before 9:30 a.m. or after 11 a.m. on this day.

Congregation sets Sunday service

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Northern Chautauqua (UUCNC), located at 222 Temple Street in Fredonia, holds a Sunday Worship Service at 11 a.m., both at their physical location and on Zoom. For those attending the in-person service, please follow the driveway and park in the lower lot behind the building. Handicapped parking is located between the two buildings and directly behind the second building.

The theme for March is Transformation. On Sunday, “The Exploration of Transformation,” will be discussed by Karin Cockram.
