Jamestown DMV, 512 W. Third St., 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. To apply, bring proof of identity, social security number, two proofs of residency. As of May 5, REAL ID, enhanced license or passport required for all passengers flying within the United States or entering secure federal facilities. Audubon Volunteer Day

The Lakeshore Humane Society, 431 E. Chestnut St., Dunkirk, will hold open adoption hours from noon to 3 p.m. The public is welcome to see the dogs and cats in need of loving homes.
