Three aspiring political and advocacy consultants were awarded scholarships to Campaigns & Elections’ spring digital-political seminar, CampaignTech. The students demonstrate a passion for digital politics as well as true enthusiasm for learning. All three students are majoring in a political science or political management field. Among them is Erik Coler, a senior at State University of New York at Fredonia.

…..Border Patrol, a Seniors Barbershop Quartet from the Toronto and Western New York areas, won the gold medal recently at the Annual Barbershop Harmony Society Midwinter Convention, held in Orlando, Fla. The group, consisting of Ron Mason, Bob Fuest, Al Baker and Bobby Gibson triumphed over 27 other quartets from all over the world. Al Baker is the son of Colleen Baker of Sheridan. This convention marks the kickoff for the 75th anniversary of the Barbershop Harmony Society, a milestone that will be celebrated by barbershop singers and fans all over the world…..
