Girl Scout Troop 20158 will be holding a “Back to School Car Wash” on Monday, Aug. 29 from 2 to 7 p.m. at Walmart, 10401 Bennett Road in Fredonia, to the left of the grocery entrance. The girls are raising money for their upcoming trip to Disney World next summer. They will take special state accredited classes through the Disney Educational Series, where they will work with Disney staff. This collection of guided field studies, available in applied sciences, environmental studies, liberal arts and leadership development, is designed to reinforce classroom lessons and career development.
