LHS holding mid-week Pet Adoption Evening/Open House today

To give an additional opportunity for those unable to come to an Adoption Day (usually held on a Saturday), the Lakeshore Humane Society will hold a mid-week Pet Adoption Evening/Open House at its Adoption Center today from 6 to 8 p.m. The center is located at 431 E. Chestnut St., Dunkirk. Come to see the facility, and meet some of the dogs and cats who need caring homes.

If unable to come to an Adoption event, call 672-1991 to arrange an appointment to see the dogs and cats awaiting adoption. (One must be 21 years of age or older to adopt a pet).

While at the LHS Adoption Center, check out the “Cat’s Meow” Boutique. Also, there is a collection bin in the Adoption Center lobby for refundable bottles and cans.
