United Arts Appeal announces 2019 grant recipients

President Julie Newell announced the 2019 recipients by saying, “We truly have an abundance of top-quality artistic performances and opportunities here in this place we call home. The board of the United Arts Appeal is both proud and humbled to be able to undergird these activities and help unify Chautauqua County through the arts.”
