CWC to highlight 30 years of conservation accomplishments

The Chautauqua Watershed Conservancy will highlight the organization’s 30 years of local conservation accomplishments and give an update on its current conservation programs and future activities during its 2020 annual meeting on Thursday, Aug. 27, from 7 to 8:15 p.m.

In addition to annual business and a presentation by John Jablonski, Chautauqua Watershed Conservancy executive director, the meeting will include a presentation by Erik Kulleseid, state Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation commissioner, who will be presenting “NYS & CWC – 30 years of land trust and state collaboration in conserving open space and outdoor recreation opportunities in the Chautauqua Region.”

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the meeting will take place online. Attendance to the meeting is free, and no RSVP is needed. Additional meeting details and a link to attend the meeting can be found by visiting chautauquawatershed.org/events/annual-meeting or the CWC’s Facebook page.
