Prevention Works’annual Chiavetta’s chicken barbecue fundraiser in north county was held Aug. 27 at the Econo Lodge, Route 60 in Fredonia. The south county’s fundraiser was held Aug. 5 at the Chautauqua Mall Parking in Lakewood, NY.

Both fundraisers were a big success with more than 600 dinners being sold. Funds raised from the dinner will be used towards youth substance use prevention services throughout Chautauqua County.
