Sons of legion meet Tuesday

The Sons of American Legion Squad 59 will be holding their monthly meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Post 59, 156 E. Main St., Fredonia.

Items to be discussed are; finalizing budget for fiscal 2021, acceptance of new members and plans for fundraising within the COVID 19 restrictions. All members are encouraged to attend the meetings which are held on the second Tuesday of every month.

Post 59 is also open for Bills games on Sunday.

Big Read event set for this afternoon

The Chautauqua County Library System will be hosting a free webinar, speaking with three local authors starting at 5:30 p.m. today. This is part of the NEA Big Read and everyone is encouraged to take part.
