October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Westfield Women of the Moose Chapter 517 held a basket giveaway in support of the nonprofit Pink Pillow Project. Comfort pillows are provided to women who have undergone surgery. Thanks to the generosity of the community, $3,000 was raised for this worthy cause. A beautiful pink lap quilt was the door prize, which was won by Lori Larson of Westfield.
