Active Parenting of Teens meets in February

Active Parenting of Teens will be held in three two-hour sessions via Zoom from noon to 2 p.m. Feb. 4, 11 and 18. To register, call 780-2721 or 664-3608, ext. 226 or email Kathleen J. The course covers teens and technology, the latest in teen drug use prevention, teen bullying, special step-parent considerations, how brain development affects teen behavior and decision-making, improved discipline and communication and updated teen sexuality issues.

Willow Mission open for food, Monday

The Willow Mission, located in the Dunkirk First United Methodist Church, 601 Washington Ave., will be open again Monday for food only. The mission will be open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. No identification is needed. Those attending are asked to use the parking lot door; masks are required.
