You can drive right up to the front door of the Audubon Community Nature Center building to pick up your spaghetti dinners at their fundraiser on Saturday, January 23. Pre-order by Friday to schedule your pick-up time and guarantee your meals.

The Audubon Community Nature Center is presenting a drive-up spaghetti dinner fundraiser on Saturday, Jan. 23.

The meal includes a plentiful helping of spaghetti with red sauce and meatballs, a side salad, sliced bread, and a homemade cookie. A vegetarian option is also available that does not include meatballs. Pick-up times are every 15 minutes between 4 and 6 p.m., and volunteers will deliver right to patrons’ vehicles. Meals are limited to 75 total. The cost of the full dinner is $16 per meal.

Pre-orders are requested by Friday. Diners can select their pick up time and place an order by calling 569-2345 or online through AudubonCNC.org. A limited number of meals will be available without preordering, as long as supplies last.

The Audubon Community Nature Center is located at 1600 Riverside Road, one-quarter mile east of Route 62 between Jamestown and Warren. The first floor of the Nature Center building, including the Blue Heron Gift Shop, live animals, and the 2020 Nature Photography Contest winning photographs, is open Mondays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Because not all of the building is accessible, admission is by donation only.

The public is welcome to visit the 600-acre nature preserve from dawn to dusk daily. While practicing safe social distancing measures, visit six miles of trails for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing, and view Liberty, Audubon’s non-releasable Bald Eagle.
