SILVER CREEK — The Silver Creek Seniors met on Aug. 2 with 31 guests and members present.

President Ed Newman opened the meeting with the Pledge to the Flag and all singing God Bless America. Chaplain Pauline Flitt read “Take the Time.” Lunch included grilled hot dogs, and several side dishes.

The 50-50 winners were Carol DePasquale, Pauline and Max Church. Winners of the gifts were Judy Hahn, Ruth Sheeler and Lorrie Newman..Wheel of Fortune lucky winners included: Sue Borowski, Max, Joan Militello, Dixie Carlson, Sherry Spano and Janice Snyder. Sally Conover called bingo and winners were: Gene Chesbro, Betty Bates (twice), Phyllis Burghardt, Sue B., Judy H., Debby Koper (twice), Eleanor Lemiszko (twice), Ruth, Enabell Mirando and Carol.

Next week’s lunch will consist of corn on the cob, side dishes and desserts. The Silver Creek Seniors meet every Tuesday at 1 p.m. For information call President Newman at 716-934-2170.
