SILVER CREEK — The Silver Creek Seniors met on May 2 with 32 members present.

Sally Conover opened the meeting with the Pledge to the Flag and all singing God Bless America. Pauline Flitt read “We Shall not Want,” and offered a prayer for the members and the meal. Lunch included seven different delicious soups, bread and dessert.

The 50-50 winners were Gene and Ginny Chesbro and Deanna Borrello. Winners of the gifts were Jim Spano, Dixie Carlson and Max Church. Wheel of Fortune lucky winners included: Elaine Wojda (twice), Ruth Sheeler, Don Hoeber and Jan Polisoto. Sally called bingo and winners included Earl Sheeler, Enabell Mirando (twice), Mark Langer (twice), Annette Hoeber, Jim, Janice Snyder, Joan Suski, Sally Shevlin, Dixie, Arlene Miller and Al Wilson.

Next week the group will celebrate Mothers Day with an ice cream social. The Silver Creek Seniors meet every Tuesday at 1 p.m. For information call 716-934-2170.
