BEMUS POINT -- Women On Fire For Christ, a group of ladies from various towns, villages and churches in Chautauqua County, will be hosting its second annual Christian Retreat on Aug. 19 from 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
The event will be held at the Bemus Point Methodist Church, 4954 Bemus-Ellery Road, Bemus Point.
The featured speakers for the retreat will be Jill Kelly, wife of former Buffalo Bills quarterback Jim Kelly, and their daughter Erin Kelly Bean, who will be speaking on the topic "Immeasurably More."
Jill Kelly is a New York Times bestselling author, speaker, host, and co-founder, along with her husband of Hunter's Hope Foundation advocating for testing and research in Krabbe's Disease, a fatal disease that claimed the life of their son, Hunter.
Erin Kelly Bean has a passion for writing, journaling and sharing her faith. Hosting her podcast "Light Your Heart With Hope," she tries to bring hope to the hopelessly sharing her testimony of perseverance, faith and positivity to others.
Both featured speakers will be signing and selling their books and answering questions regarding Hunter's Hope Foundation.
The cost is $50 for the entire day, which includes a box lunch. Lunch options will be on the registration form, along with options for tee shirts and coffee mugs.
