SILVER CREEK — The Silver Creek Seniors met on Sept. 26 with 33 members and three guests present.

President Sally Conover opened the meeting with the Pledge to the Flag and all singing God Bless America. Chaplain Pauline Flitt read “God’s Presence” and asked a blessing on those present and the food. Sally then introduced guests Pat Kruger, Ellie Tweedy and Nona Carroll. Lunch consisted of sloppy joes, tossed salad and desserts.

The 50-50 winners were Stan Thompson, Don Hoeber and Eleanor Lemiszko. Winners of the gifts were Jen Zlotnick, Jan Polisoto and Joan Suski. Wheel of Fortune lucky winners included: Sue Borowski, Candy Weitz, Janice Snyder, Stan, Pauline and Pat Schroeder. Sally Conover called bingo and winners were: Pat K., Becky Fancher (twice), Max Church (twice), Jean Blakely, Al Wilson, Janice (twice), Gene Chesbro, Judy Domanski and Pauline. Next week’s lunch will be sandwiches and desserts. There will also be the election of officers. This Senior group meets every Tuesday at 1 p.m. Call Lorrie for information at 716-934-2170.
