SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on April 15 with 23 members present. President Sally Conover opened the meeting with the Pledge to the Flag and all singing God Bless America. Chaplain Pauline Flitt read “It Only Takes One Voice,” and offered a blessing for the members.

The group celebrated the January, February and March birthdays with cake and ice cream. The 50-50 winners were Joan Militello, Jeanne Blakely and Gene Chesbro. Winners of the door prizes were Jeanne, Pauline, Gene and Janice Snyder. Wheel of Fortune lucky winners included: Cybele McIntosh, (twice), Joan M, Jeanne, Al Wilson and Janice. Sally C. called bingo and winners included Al, Pauline (twice), Janice (twice), Judy Hahn (twice), Joan M. (twice) and Lorrie Newman (twice). Pizza is on the menu for next week ( $2.00 per member) and guest speaker will be Historian Vince Martonis.
