SILVER CREEK – On Tuesday, Aug. 5, the Silver Creek Seniors had their meeting with 23 members and Annette Hoeber’s sister and brother-in-law visiting from Arizona.

President Sally Conover welcomed everyone and the Pledge of Allegiance and singing of God Bless America started the meeting. Chaplin Pauline Flitt said the Blessing, “Sharing.”

Pizza was served with watermelon and a variety of desserts. On Aug. 12 will be a Brown Bag luncheon and a variety of desserts and beverages.

President Sally Conover shared some jokes before the activities began. The 50/50 winners were: Pauline, Dixie Carlson and Gene Chesbro. Next were the gift winners: Elaine Wojda, Anna Griem and Joan Suski. The lucky wheel winners were: Marge Church, Anna, Dixie (twice), Sally Shevlin and Joan Militello.

Sally Conover called Bingo. The winners were: Harry Suski, Kim Adams, Eleanor Lemiszko (three times), Ginny Chesbro, Jan Polisoto, Joan Suski, Annette , Sally Shevlin, Gene and Anna.
