SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on December 23 with 15 members present. President Randy Nurmi opened the meeting with all saying the Pledge of Allegiance and singing God Bless America.

At the meeting, attendees celebrated Christmas with a large variety of hors d’oeuvres for lunch. Winners of the door prizes were Elaine Wojda, Jan Polisoto and Ginny Chesbro. Wheel of fortune lucky winners were Norra Carroll, Harry Suski, Gene Chesbro, Elaine, Eleanor Lemiszko and Lorrie Newman. The 50/50 winners were Norra (twice) and Joe Dolce. Elaine Wojda called bingo and the winners were: Eleanor (5 times), Jeanne Blakely, Lorrie, Joan Suski, Gene, Ginny and Annette Hoeber. Tuesday members are to bring their own brown bag lunch.
