SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on Jan. 13 with 16 members present and guests Julie (Chesbro) Sticek and Bob Chesbro. President Randy Nurmi opened the meeting with all saying the Pledge of Allegiance and singing God Bless America.

At the meeting the group celebrated birthdays from October through January with cake and ice cream. Lunch was pot luck and dessert. Winners of the door prizes were Jeanne Blakely, Ruth Cardace and Lorrie Newman. Wheel of fortune lucky winners were Eleanor Lemiszko, Joan Militello, Lorrie, Bob, Joan Suski and Richard Carlson. 50/50 winners were Laura Hilliker, Bob and Jeanne. Lorrie called bingo and the winners were: Ginny Chesbro, Ruth, Joan S., Eleanor (twice), Gene Chesbro, Julie, Harry Suski and Randy.

Tuesday’s lunch will be soup and desserts. This Senior Group meets every Tuesday at 1 p.m., arrive by 12:30 p.m. Call Lorrie for information at 716-785-1074.
