SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on Feb. 3 with 21 members who came out on a snowy, cold day. President Randy Nurmi opened the meeting with all saying the Pledge of Allegiance and singing God Bless America. Randy then welcomed new member, Raymond Cieslewicz.

The lunch was pizza and four crockpots of a variety of soups. Thank you to all the cooks! Winners of the door prizes were Anna Griem and Ray. Wheel of fortune lucky winners were Norra Carrol, Ray, Lorrie Newman, Randy, Elaine Wojda and Elaine Hottelling. The 50-50 lucky winners included Joan Suski, Julie Sticek and Gene Chesbro. Elaine Wojda called bingo and the winners were: Lorrie (twice), Julie (twice), Eleanor Lemiszko (4 times!), Joan Militello, Jan Polisoto (3 times!), Elaine Hotelling and Joan Suski.

Tuesday members are to bring their own brown bag lunches. Coffee, tea, water and soft drinks are provided. This senior group meets every Tuesday at 1 p.m.., arrive by 12:30 p.m. Call Lorrie for information at 716-785-1074.
