SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on April 7 with 18 members present. President Randy Nurmi opened the meeting with all saying the Pledge of Allegiance and singing God Bless America. A blessing was given by Annette Hoeber.

Tuesday’s lunch was pot luck which included a variety of delicious hot and cold dishes and dessert. The winner of the door prize was Wayne Hotelling. The 50-50 winners were Joan Militello (twice) and Harry Suski. Wheel of fortune lucky winners included Joan M., Jeanne Blakely, Al Wilson, Lorrie Newman and Earl Sheeler. Lorrie called bingo and the winners were: Al, Joan Suski, Janice Snyder (4 times), Jeanne, Dixie Carlson, Jan Polisoto and Lorrie.

The group decided to have sloppy joes, chips and dips and desserts for Tuesday. This Senior Group meets every Tuesday at 1 p.m.., arrive by 12:30 p.m. Call Lorrie for information at 716-785-1074. Note: The group is welcoming anyone 55 years of age or older to come and have some fun.
