SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on April 28 with 23 members present. President Randy Nurmi opened the meeting with all saying the Pledge of Allegiance and singing God Bless America. He then welcomed Judy Hahn back. Today’s lunch was 3 excellent soups, macaroni salad and several delicious desserts. Winners of the door prizes were Elaine Wojda, Janice Snyder and Lorrie Newman. The 50-50 winners were Jeff Struwe, Janice, and Dixie Carlson. Wheel of fortune lucky winners included Joan Suski, Deanna Borrello, Ruth Sheeler, Janice, Elaine, and Earl Sheeler. Elaine called bingo and the winners were: Janice (twice), Deanna, Ruth, Lorrie (twice), Anna Griem (3 times) and Annette Hoeber.

Today’s lunch was pot luck, along with numerous delicious desserts. Winners of the door prizes were Dixie Carlson, Deanna Borrello and Earl Sheeler. The 50-50 winners were Joan Suski, Lorrie Newman and Annie Griem. Wheel of fortune lucky winners included Earl Sheeler, Joan Militello (twice), Annie, and Joe Dolce. Lorrie called bingo and the winners were: Janice (3 times), Eleanor Lemiszko, Lorrie, Deanna (twice), Carol Struwe, Randy (twice), Al Wilson and Ruth Sheeler.

On Tuesday everyone is to bring their own bag lunch. This Senior Group meets every Tuesday at 1 p.m., arrive by 12:30 p.m. Call Lorrie for information at 716-785-1074. The group is inviting everyone 55 years of age or older to come and enjoy the fun.
