Grape Belt Seniors plan murder mystery trip

Grape Belt Seniors are currently taking reservations for "Murder at the Statler Hotel" trip that will be on Monday, Oct. 5. The matinee is an interactive, hilarious murder mystery dinner.

At the Statler in Buffalo, history meets elegance and celebrations become unforgettable moments.

Event spaces include the Golden Ballroom, the Terrace Room and beautiful ceremony spaces.

"Murder at the Statler Hotel" begins with seating and introduction of the characters. A buffet lunch begins before the mystery that is at prohibition time, but booze is flowing when the city's top gangsters gather. That's when the big boss gets knocked off and the mystery begins.

The menu includes chicken, vegetables, pasta, salad and assorted cookies for dessert. The trip departs at 10 a.m. from Walmart in Fredonia and returns at 5:15 p.m. Cost is $167 per person.
