SILVER CREEK — The Silver Creek Village Wide Yard Sales take place on Saturday. The village and its surrounding area will be full of shoppers looking for that special antique, collectible, appliance, back to school clothes or that “just gotta have it” item. SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on July 21 with 20 people in attendance. President Randy Nurmi then opened the meeting with all saying the Pledge of Allegiance and singing God Bless America. Chaplain Pauline Flitt offered a blessing on the members and food. Attendees enjoyed three different kinds of sandwiches, pasta salad and ice cream cones. The “sign in” winners were Don Munch, Earl Sheeler and Dixie Carlson.
