Ashley Marie Willebrandt and Phillip Julian James, together with their families, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Jena Willebrandt of Brocton. She is a 2002 graduate of Brocton Central High School. She is employed with the Northwoods Corp Insurance Agency.

The groom is the son of Peter and April James of Gorham, Maine. He is a 2005 graduate of Cicero North Syracuse. He is employed with Cassadaga Farm Supply.

A Sept. 2, 2017 wedding is planned for the couple.
