The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dawn Howard of Silver Creek and Tracy Howard and Denise Lilley of Cherry Creek. The groom-to-be is the son of Angel and Jerry Siegle of Forestville. The wedding is planned for Sept. 28, 2019 at Shorewood Country Club in Dunkirk.
