Laura Poweski and Michael Blakely

Laura Poweski and Michael Blakely of Erie, Pennsylvania, together with their families, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Thomas and Kim Poweski of Fredonia. She is a 2010 graduate of Fredonia High School and a 2014 graduate of Mercyhurst University. She is employed by Erie Management Group as a Project Coordinator.

The prospective groom is the son of Robert and Pam Blakely of Erie. He is a graduate of Collegiate Academy Class of 2008, and attended Fortis Institute of Technology graduating in 2016. He is employed by Signal Tech as a Welder/Fabricator.

An October 2019 wedding is being planned.
